Customer Relations Officer (Outdoor)

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer (Outdoor) will act as the primary liaison between our company and its customers, delivering training, after‑sales support, and relationship management across field locations. The role combines hands‑on customer interaction with coordination of internal teams to ensure service quality and revenue protection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site and off‑site training sessions to ensure customers understand and utilise product features.
• Provide after‑sales support by resolving product, service, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts, gather feedback, and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Manage contract and compliance activities, ensuring billing aligns with customer agreements, internal policies, and tax regulations.
• Handle complex billing disputes and escalations, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead and coach a team of outsourced agents, monitor KPIs such as billing accuracy and turnaround time, and allocate workforce effectively.
• Collaborate with service delivery, sales, and customer relations teams to validate job completion and support revenue recognition.

Required profile

• GCE ‘A’ level, Polytechnic or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relations, training, or administrative support.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to handle enquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Meticulous, independent, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive disposition, proactive attitude, and ability to manage stress.
• Experience with D365 and CDSS systems is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of D365 (Dynamics 365) system.
• Familiarity with CDSS (Clinical Decision Support System) platforms.
