Customer Resolution Specialist - Airbus Channel, APAC

About the role

Satair, part of Airbus, is hiring a Customer Resolution Specialist in Singapore for its Airbus channel in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be the focal point for ASPAC customers on material order-related actions within the Material, Logistics and Suppliers organisation, providing reliable, world-class support for aircraft spare parts requirements and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer-specific open order book proactively and build strong customer satisfaction through quick, qualified responses.
• Handle quotations and customer orders for SATAIR products, including timely follow-up on quotations, claims and orders in line with KPIs.
• Maintain customer records and help secure on-time material delivery.
• Support cross- and up-selling to growth accounts and train customers on the e-commerce platforms (SATAIR Market / Airbus Spares Portal).
• Take part in external key customer meetings, coordination meetings and periodic projects, and cover for absent colleagues.
• Contribute to customer service quality, internal and external communication on material order performance, and to the adoption of digital solutions.

Required profile

• Diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar-sized organisation.
• Proactive, customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good dispute resolution, communication and analytical skills, with intercultural understanding and flexibility.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.

Required skills

• PC literacy: word processing, spreadsheets and databases (essential).
• Experience with SAP and Freshdesk is an advantage; basic shipping and/or aviation knowledge is also an advantage.
