About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Kerria Japanese Restaurant. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process orders, payments, and update customer accounts.
• Resolve service issues and refer customers to relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.
