Customer Service Executive – Childcare (Singapore)

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the front‑line liaison for parents and visitors at our childcare centres across Singapore. You will support enrolment, fee collection and day‑to‑day operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Increase enrolment by engaging with prospective parents and handling enquiries.
• Manage fee collection, maintain accurate financial records and process petty‑cash claims.
• Answer incoming calls courteously, route calls, take messages and provide information.
• Greet visitors, enforce security procedures and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, update centre files and maintain waiting‑list records.
• Coordinate centre correspondence, liaise with suppliers and ensure office equipment is functional.
• Support health and safety standards to protect children at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in childcare customer service or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills with parents, children and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and a courteous phone etiquette.
