Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join The Singapore Mint, a leading producer of high‑quality coins and collectibles. This entry‑level position will support customer enquiries and retail transactions while gaining experience with premium merchandise in a structured, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Deliver precise product and pricing information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Process sales transactions, including order entry and payment handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform administrative tasks such as service follow‑ups, exchanges, and documentation maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details for reporting and reference.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
