Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the daily activities of the sales team, coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring sales targets are met. This role works closely with store, general and production managers to align customer needs with product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise sales team activities, including product activations and marketing tasks.
• Assist line manager with recruitment, training, evaluation and retention of sales staff.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaint reports and onboarding reports for new customers.
• Develop sales presentations and tools, and ensure effective client communication.
• Initiate sales strategies and plans to boost brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities and active clients.
• Control marketing expenses to stay within budget.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement measures.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure proper product display in malls, supermarkets and other sales points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field with a focus on marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead, motivate and retain a high‑performing sales team.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to varying opening hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
