Customer Service Executive - Order Fulfilment & Shipping Coordination

About the role

Carrier is hiring a Customer Service Executive to ensure end-to-end order fulfilment for authorised service providers, sales intermediaries and business partners. The role acts as a key coordination point between customers, external freight forwarders and internal operations, covering order processing, shipment execution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal and external customer orders accurately, meeting customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Respond to customer requests and queries to minimise gaps in service delivery
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Warehouse and other teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Resolve shipping issues, transit delays and delivery discrepancies promptly
• Work with Sales to meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with logistics service providers and freight forwarders to arrange shipments and follow up on vessel schedules
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation, and support shipping for ad-hoc programs and initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of customer-facing experience in manufacturing aftermarket, customer service, logistics or new ERP/eCommerce implementation

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Incoterms and their impact on shipping risk and costs (preferred)
• Ability to prepare, review and verify international shipping and customs documentation (preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, carrier tracking portals, Microsoft Excel and Power BI (preferred)
