Customer Service Manager – Semiconductor/Electronics

About the role

The Customer Service Manager will lead the customer support team within a fast‑growing semiconductor and electronics business. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving operational efficiency across the service function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee daily operations of the customer support team.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests, concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Communicate order and shipment status updates, risks, advice and recommendations to customers and senior management.
• Identify and drive improvements in service processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams and senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including customer reports and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of managerial or senior leadership experience.
• Background in machinery, equipment, or technical service sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong team management, conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment abilities.
• Analytical, self‑driven with solid decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to work outside standard office hours when urgent support is required.
