Customer Service Officer – Banking (Shift, 6‑12 M Contract)

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct outreach to encourage adoption of digital banking services.
• Deliver high‑quality service while adhering to risk standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Multi‑task effectively while navigating multiple system screens.
• Consistently meet KPIs without compromising service quality.

Required profile

• Prior customer service experience preferred; entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Positive attitude, patience and resilience when handling queries or complaints.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
