About the role
Avensys is seeking a customer‑oriented individual to join its Call Centre team in Singapore. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions across phone, email and live chat, delivering accurate information and quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer calls professionally.
- Respond to enquiries via email, live chat and other channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions following operational guidelines.
- Escalate cases to relevant departments as required.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the system.
- Support operational and administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for quality and productivity.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a service‑focused manner.
- Participate in trainings, briefings and process updates.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer service platforms.
- Positive attitude, customer‑focused and eager to learn.
