Customer Service Officer (Higher Education / East)

About the role

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global business process outsourcing company offering customer experience solutions, sales and digital marketing services and content moderation, is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its Higher Education business in the East region. You will help deliver excellent service to partner brands through phone, email and chat support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive, consistent and timely support experience across phone, email and chat channels
• Identify customers' needs and offer tailored solutions using critical thinking and research
• Aim for first-contact resolution and follow up with Service partners and internal departments so cases are closed to service standards
• Help improve internal processes and contribute to the company's Quality Management System
• Build long-term customer relationships and follow up promptly when additional support is needed
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Required profile

• Diploma or GCE 'O' Level / Higher Nitec with at least 3 years of experience in customer service
• Bilingual and articulate, with strong spoken and written English
• Good customer handling skills and a positive mindset
• Team player who adapts to a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and motivation

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
