Customer Service Officer – Inquiry & Quotation (Up to SGD 4,200)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries and quotations for our corporate clients in the semiconductor and electronics industry. The role involves end‑to‑end order management and providing timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to corporate customers, managing orders and requests from start to finish.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, including quotation requests, service support, and documentation needs.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and required documents through customers’ management systems.
• Update customers regularly on order status and shipment schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date spare‑parts price lists for customers.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to fulfil orders and ensure timely shipments.
• Assist customers with customs queries by preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service, quotations or order management.
• Willingness to work after office hours when required.
• Candidates with additional experience may be considered for senior positions with higher remuneration.
