About the role
The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for receiving, verifying and processing domestic and export purchase orders. This fixed‑term position ensures orders are entered accurately and delivered on time, supporting high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and validate customer purchase orders submitted via email.
- Enter orders into SAP Order‑to‑Cash module following defined procedures.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including delivery instructions, shipment control and status monitoring.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, logistics, finance and external warehouses to meet customer commitments.
- Provide first‑call resolution for order changes and escalations, ensuring timely communication with relevant partners.
- Support accounts receivable collection efforts and supply sales‑related data such as order volume versus forecast.
- Back‑up team members as needed and advise management on policy deviations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year experience in customer service or order fulfillment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
