Customer Service Support - Logistics Operations

About the role

Maersk is recruiting a Customer Service Support person for its logistics operations. The role acts as a bridge between customers and the operations team, covering order fulfilment, inventory and shipment matters, while also handling vendor invoice checks and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfilment, inventory and shipment activities
• Provide customers with information and feedback on operational issues and help coordinate their resolution
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Verify vendor invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment
• Coordinate urgent order fulfilment with customer, operations and the transporter
• Keep system transactions accurate and up to date
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager and support daily operations when needed

Required profile

• ITE, A Level, O Level or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment as part of a team
• Positive, independent attitude and good team player

Required skills

• Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exceed system
• Good verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
