Customer Service Support - Order Fulfillment

About the role

Maersk is hiring a Customer Service Support person for its logistics operations. The role links customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment matters, and keeps customers informed about operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment activities
• Provide customers with information and feedback on operational issues and help coordinate their resolution
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Verify vendor invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customer, operations and the transporter
• Keep system transactions accurate and up to date
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager and support daily operations when needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Required profile

• ITE, A Level, O Level or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment as part of a team
• Positive, independent attitude and good team player

Required skills

• Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exceed system
• Good verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
