Customer Solutions Intern

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Intern at WSA, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting order fulfilment, shipment coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global hearing‑care business. You will work closely with internal teams and international affiliates to ensure accurate billing and efficient customer operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer order processing and shipment management to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Assist in backlog management by coordinating with internal teams and communicating updates.
• Ensure accurate billing and credit‑note issuance according to operational processes.
• Collaborate with affiliates on continuous‑improvement projects such as order frequency optimisation, loading, DG management, and SWAP planning.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects to drive operational improvements and customer‑solution initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in customer operations, supply chain, and order fulfilment processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Good organisational, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
