Customer Success Executive

About the role

KAORI PTE. LTD., Singapore’s leading scent‑marketing provider, is looking for a Customer Success Executive to nurture existing client relationships and drive contract renewals. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive seamless service and discover new value from our fragrance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Handle contract renewals, follow‑up on retention, and achieve renewal targets.
• Respond to sales leads and enquiries via calls and emails.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal offers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide timely support.
• Compile sales and customer reports for management.
• Meet assigned sales and renewal targets.
• Support general administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Experience in service‑based industries with a strong understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin to serve Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
