Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to design, deploy and operate enterprise security solutions. The role works closely with IT, network and application teams to ensure robust security posture and readiness for incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Build new security engineering capabilities and enhance existing technologies following industry best practices.
• Deliver security solutions, manage migrations and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain and update security platforms, including capacity planning.
• Develop and update security playbooks.
• Lead project roll‑outs, document processes and oversee deployments.
• Collaborate with IT, network and application teams for successful implementations.
• Support vulnerability management and threat‑intelligence activities.
• Participate in annual audits, incident‑response drills and business continuity exercises.
• Monitor and act on threat intelligence from internal and external sources.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, cybersecurity or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or operations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Passionate, motivated and committed to excellence.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or AWS Cloud certifications are a plus.
