Cyber Strategy & Transformation Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Consultant to help clients strengthen their cybersecurity posture. You will work with senior stakeholders to assess current capabilities, design strategic road‑maps and guide implementation of security solutions across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' cybersecurity capabilities against standards such as NIST and ISO, identify gaps and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop tailored cyber‑strategy plans, road‑maps and operating models that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Review and redesign network, enterprise and security architectures, proposing target‑state models and remediation actions.
• Design and implement cyber‑risk management frameworks, policies, risk registers and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct cyber‑risk assessments, define KPIs/KRIs, set risk thresholds and produce management reports.
• Advise on transformation of cybersecurity organisations, including roles, competencies and performance evaluation.
• Deliver security awareness training and support the implementation of cyber‑security technologies, controls and guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting with experience delivering assessments, strategy and risk‑management projects.
• Ability to work closely with client SMEs and senior leadership to drive change.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
