Cybersecurity Engineer (Security Solutions)

About the role

The client, a technology solutions provider, is expanding its cybersecurity and infrastructure team. The Cybersecurity Engineer will support enterprise customers by implementing, supporting, and advising on security and networking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advisory services for assigned cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
• Assist in solution implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Monitor systems, investigate issues, and recommend improvements to security and infrastructure performance.
• Support project deployment, documentation, and post‑implementation activities.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and security trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, endpoint management or IT systems support.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: endpoint security (Trellix, Trend Micro), endpoint management (Tanium), network security (Check Point), enterprise network infrastructure (Arista), or security monitoring/SIEM platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective communication skills for engaging customers and stakeholders.
