Cybersecurity Platform Manager

About the role

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Manager to lead the configuration, tuning, and operation of its security infrastructure. You will work closely with IT, OT, and development teams to ensure robust protection across all environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and fine‑tune firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, SOAR, IAM and vulnerability management tools.
• Monitor security logs and systems for incidents, anomalies, and breaches, and execute rapid corrective actions.
• Optimize and integrate security solutions to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives and enhance automated response.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure the deployment of applications, services and infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, risk management and threat mitigation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of configurations, incident responses and system changes.
• Track and report key cybersecurity performance metrics to management.
• Stay current with evolving threat landscapes, attack techniques and emerging security technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations and platform management.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, Palo Alto, Splunk, CrowdStrike) are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to act quickly during incidents.
