Data Analyst – Global Forward Network

About the role

The Global Forward Network team seeks a highly motivated Data Analyst to develop data‑driven solutions that enhance logistics operations across a global network. The role focuses on transforming complex logistics data into actionable insights through dashboard development, data visualization, process analytics, and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the Logistics Cost Taxonomy and Cost‑to‑Serve models.
• Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards for operational performance, cost management, and customer service metrics.
• Collaborate on process‑mining and digital‑transformation initiatives using Celonis and other analytics platforms.
• Partner with logistics operations teams across Asia, Europe, and North America to deliver analytics solutions and present findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or graduating within the current academic year.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
