Data Scientist – Fresh Graduate

About the role

Join the data science team to support the development, prototyping, and validation of predictive analytics and machine learning models under senior guidance. You will work closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and validate predictive models and machine‑learning prototypes.
• Conduct statistical and exploratory analysis on large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Write optimized SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, and pipeline creation.
• Create intuitive visualisations and self‑service analytical tools for cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Assist in designing automated data‑quality monitoring and metrics tracking workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, regression analysis and basic machine‑learning concepts.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn) and SQL.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Quick BI.
