Databricks Developer – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Databricks Developer to join our fast‑growing data team in Singapore. You will work on building and optimizing big‑data pipelines, leveraging the Databricks platform to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using PySpark, Delta Lake, Structured Streaming and Delta Live Tables.
• Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate data models and create visualisations in Power BI or Tableau.
• Implement version control, infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices using Git.
• Maintain Databricks notebooks and repos, ensuring code quality and reproducibility.

Required profile

• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Hands‑on experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Familiarity with Databricks or other big‑data platforms.
• Good understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bonus: experience with Spark/PySpark, Git, JIRA, or QA/testing.
