Deals - Financial Due Diligence, Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore supports clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. As a Senior Associate in the Financial Due Diligence team, you will deliver financial due diligence and other transaction services to large corporate and private equity fund clients, while mentoring juniors and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational results by reviewing accounting records and interviewing management
• Assess quality of earnings, net assets and cash flows
• Resolve technical accounting issues and identify issues for purchase price reductions and deal structuring
• Take part in client discussions and meetings
• Plan, prepare and review deliverables such as Excel databooks, written reports and presentations
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Required profile

• Recognised degree in a business or accounting-related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant financial due diligence or audit experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice
