Delivery Driver

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to support daily logistics operations in Singapore. You will ensure timely delivery and collection of items and documents while maintaining accurate records and vehicle readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and submit essential documentation such as dispatch records, petty cash reports, and cheque handling.
• Deliver and collect items and documents on schedule, maintaining accurate request and approval records.
• Maintain assigned vehicles’ cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness, reporting any issues promptly.
• Handle, load, and transport company products and materials with care to prevent damage.
• Operate vehicles and equipment responsibly, adhering to safety standards and company guidelines.
• Present a professional image while accessing company premises, offices, residences, or secured locations.
• Support logistics efficiency through product movement, relocations, long‑haul deliveries, and external warehousing activities.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to drive safely under varying road and weather conditions.
• Basic experience in delivery, logistics, or transport operations (preferred).
• Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit for manual tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading items.
• Trustworthy handling of sensitive deliveries and access to restricted premises.
• Good communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and ad‑hoc operational requirements.
