About the role
An exciting opportunity to spearhead and build the Singapore operations team from the ground up for a newly launched high‑growth aerospace sector. You will lead the end‑to‑end setup of a brand‑new logistics facility and drive its successful launch.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end setup, layout planning, process flow design, and rollout of a brand‑new logistics operations facility.
- Recruit, train, and build a high‑performing operations team from scratch to support ongoing business growth.
- Establish standard operating procedures, operational metrics, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with stringent industry standards.
- Evaluate facility sizing, machinery, and equipment requirements to ensure optimal operational capacity and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless operations implementation and SLA adherence.
