Delivery Operations Executive

About the role

The Delivery Operations Executive will support MXHL's logistics platform by managing driver assignments and key customer accounts. You will ensure parcels are dispatched efficiently, monitor performance, and help scale operations across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assign deliveries to drivers through direct calls and the internal system.
• Recruit and maintain a pool of regular drivers for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate driver schedules to guarantee timely and accurate parcel delivery.
• Handle account queries and escalations for selected key customers.
• Track delivery performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide training and support to delivery personnel to uphold service standards.
• Assist managers in daily operations to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
• Contribute ideas for strategic initiatives and operational scaling.

Required profile

• Proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay resourceful during peak periods.
• Comfortable handling stress and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Singapore postal codes and local areas.
