Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join our Singapore team. The role will own the end‑to‑end demand forecasting and supply planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels and seamless coordination across sales, logistics and production.

Key responsibilities

• Drive forecast accuracy by collaborating with the sales team, analysing market trends and historical data, and leading monthly demand review meetings.
• Maintain data integrity in DCF/DCC systems and support sales representatives with system issues.
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and manage the portfolio of make‑vs‑buy, obsolete and new product decisions.
• Work closely with logistics and production planners to guarantee on‑time delivery and resolve supply disruptions.
• Own inventory targets for finished goods, monitor days‑of‑inventory, and lead monthly reviews of slow‑moving, expiring and obsolete stock.
• Prepare quarterly stock write‑off proposals and coordinate material phase‑in/phase‑out activities.
• Maintain material master data, including ICTP price updates, and act as the SAP Material Master and planning process lead.
• Support continuous improvement projects and act as backup for the Production Planner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on demand and supply planning.
• Experience with demand forecasting systems and planning tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
