Warehouse Coordinator – Afternoon Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator (Afternoon Shift) ensures smooth operations for UPS’s afternoon and evening logistics activities. You will manage sorting, loading, damage inspection, internal pickups, night dispatch, and shuttle support while providing backup for supervisory duties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate afternoon cycle sort and load processes.
• Inspect, repack, and follow up on in‑building damages, including occasional onsite inspections.
• Handle internal customer pickups and deliveries within the same building.
• Manage night dispatch, delivery change requests, self‑lodge, and sorting of undeliverable packages.
• Support afternoon and evening export shuttles to ensure no volume is left behind.
• Follow up with customers on undelivered packages to arrange re‑delivery.
• Perform warehouse scanning as needed.
• Serve as backup for the PM Assistance Supervisor during absences.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as self‑lodge, self‑collect, and onsite coverage.

Required profile

• General Singapore dispatch knowledge.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Physical ability to carry up to 20 kg (role is 50 % desk‑bound).
• Diligent work ethic and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Effective communication via email and phone with internal and external customers.
