Key responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen in preparing consistent, high‑quality food items.
• Support the execution of menu items, ensuring presentation and taste meet hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with chefs and team members to ensure smooth service during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management (optional).
• 1 year experience as a Demi Chef or 2 years as a Commis in a hotel or reputable restaurant (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Asian cuisine and strong food hygiene practices.
• Good spoken and written English, well‑groomed, with a can‑do attitude.
