Deployment Strategist

About the role

Chainalysis is looking for a Deployment Strategist to join its Global Services team in Singapore. This technical practitioner owns the full lifecycle of customer value, from discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and enablement, helping law‑enforcement, financial, and crypto customers operationalise blockchain analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer engagements, including discovery, investigation, solution design, deployment, and ongoing value delivery.
• Conduct blockchain investigations using Chainalysis tools, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real‑world problems.
• Design, build, and maintain custom notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models tailored to each customer’s workflow.
• Enable customers to operate solutions independently through hands‑on training, demos, and technical briefings.
• Support pre‑sales technical engagements for complex, strategic deals and feed field intelligence back to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Experience conducting or supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, or financial‑crime analysis in an operational environment.
• Proven track record delivering customer‑facing technical solutions such as investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows.
• Background working directly with law‑enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, or financial‑crime teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings while taking ownership of outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.
• Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, querying, and working with large datasets.
