Deputy Manager, International Leisure (Americas, Europe & Oceania)

About the role

The Deputy Manager, International Leisure will lead regional teams to grow visitor numbers and revenue for Sentosa across the Americas, Europe and Oceania. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external trade partners to design and execute co‑marketing campaigns and sales programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Unit Head in implementing strategies to increase visitorship and revenue.
• Guide and mentor South Asia, Middle East and Long‑haul teams on market performance, budgeting and business mix.
• Develop sales programmes, organise trade shows, roadshows and familiarisation trips for travel agents and destination managers.
• Identify and cultivate new accounts, manage leads and close sales through Sentosa’s B2B portal.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, contracts and business reports to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with wholesalers, agents and media on cooperative marketing initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, produce regular insights and align quarterly action plans with long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism or travel sales with a proven track record.
• Experience preparing itineraries and group travel contracts.
• Strong organisational, analytical and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
