About the role

ITE College East is looking for a Deputy Manager for its Student Services department. You will join a dynamic team that provides student services to nearly 8,000 students.

Key responsibilities

Administer opportunity fund (OF), financial assistance and bursary schemes.
Evaluate and process applications for student financial assistance.
Liaise with students and parents on all fee-related matters.
Track bursaries, the OF scheme and other student-related matters.
Liaise with external agencies on bursaries and other student matters.
Analyse, visualise and manage statistical data.

Required profile

At least 3 years of working experience.
Team player who can multi-task, work independently and communicate well.
Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

Flair for administrative and finance-related work.
Data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data.
Familiarity with automation, data visualisation and AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
