Deputy Site IT Lead

About the role

The Deputy Site IT Lead will support the corporate office in Singapore by leading the Site IT team to deliver reliable, customer‑focused technology services. This senior position ensures high‑quality end‑user support, cybersecurity compliance, and efficient budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site IT team to meet SLA commitments and provide a positive end‑user experience.
• Build stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into practical IT solutions.
• Provide hands‑on leadership for end‑user computing, including Citrix, desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, AI tools, meeting‑room technology, network and internet services, and site‑based applications.
• Ensure timely remediation of cybersecurity compliance metrics.
• Manage third‑party vendor relationships to maintain service quality and continuity.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory and oversee asset lifecycle management.
• Develop and continuously improve IT support procedures, service standards, and best practices.
• Plan, monitor, and control the site IT budget.
• Keep the team updated on technology trends and organizational developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in a technical team‑lead role.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑user computing, Citrix environments, desktop/laptop deployment, and meeting‑room technology support.
• Proven experience supporting and training users on Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with physical server hardware and network equipment is a plus.
