Design & Account Specialist – Client & Creative Management

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Design & Account Specialist who can seamlessly switch between client liaison and hands‑on design work. You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients—from malls to tech firms and educational institutions—while creating sharp 2D designs for their social media and publications.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day‑to‑day communications and expectations.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of social and publication assets.
• Conduct client meetings, present content plans and creative concepts, and translate feedback into revisions.
• Design social media assets such as posts, carousels and campaign graphics, maintaining brand consistency.
• Design and layout print and digital publications, including newsletters and brochures, with proper typesetting.
• Coordinate internally with designers, videographers and writers to keep projects on brief and on schedule.
• Support proposals, pitches and tender submissions to win new business.
