DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and secure infrastructure. The role focuses on automating software delivery, ensuring application health, security, and performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement CI/CD architectures tailored to team environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using modern best‑practice technologies.
• Automate development, deployment and testing processes to increase efficiency.
• Support engineering teams by sharing knowledge, documenting complex integration procedures, and providing guidance.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration workflows independently.
• Coach and mentor less experienced DevOps/DevSecOps engineers.
• Deliver training sessions and disseminate best practices throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and security principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex integration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge sharing and coaching.
