DevOps Engineer – Blockchain Infrastructure

About the role

As our DevOps Engineer, you will be helping us build and maintain blockchain networks and protocols. You will work on improving our current infrastructure including security, automation, and monitoring among other things. You will also have the chance to dive deep into new blockchain protocols, run testnets, build secure and scalable infra and maintain it.

Key responsibilities

• Build secure and reliable infrastructure to monitor, detect and mitigate performance and security issues.
• Perform system administration for Linux servers, including proactive daily management of health, stability, and availability.
• Create and maintain system procedural and technical documentation.
• Stay up to date and apply peer‑to‑peer networking security best practices.
• Create, maintain and communicate threat models and risk assessments for all operated systems.

Required profile

• Experience as a DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineer.
• Ability to program in Python, Go, Bash or JavaScript.
• Experience managing server infrastructures with high‑availability requirements.
• Design of secure networks, systems and application architectures.
• Setup and maintenance of software in both data‑center and cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of sockets, the full networking stack and Linux security.
• Knowledge of building automation and CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and other cloud deployment technologies.
• Flexibility, teamwork and comfort with ambiguity, taking charge to get things done.
