DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to support and scale our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with senior team members to manage cloud platforms, implement Infrastructure as Code, monitor performance, and streamline deployments through CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to manage and operate cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor Kubernetes clusters for performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide off‑hours support.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Kubernetes resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and deployment‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
• Support Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform.
• Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Chef, or CloudFormation).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Google Cloud (AWS preferred).
• Experience administering CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab, or TeamCity).
• Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, EKS, and Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and command‑line tools.
