DevOps Engineer – Kubernetes, CI/CD & IaC

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain containerized applications and automation pipelines. The role requires strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools to ensure reliable and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms.
• Triage and resolve pod issues, scaling challenges, and resource tuning.
• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, handling build, test, scan, release, and deployment stages.
• Implement pipeline optimisations for speed, reliability, and security (secrets handling, access control).
• Apply GitOps principles using declarative configurations stored in Git (e.g., FluxCD).
• Write and maintain Terraform code and provision infrastructure automatically.
• Manage configuration of services with Ansible.
• Perform incident triage, root‑cause analysis, service restoration, and post‑incident reviews.
• Process service requests, validate requirements, document actions, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Developer background or strong software engineering mindset preferred.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands‑on experience building and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitOps concepts and tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow defined SLAs.
