DevOps Lead

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Lead to design, implement and operate scalable, secure infrastructure and DevOps capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on automation, observability and operational excellence to ensure reliable platform delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and operation of scalable and secure infrastructure services.
• Break down complex infrastructure challenges into executable plans, managing dependencies and timelines.
• Define, implement and continuously improve build, release and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, system integrators and operations teams to build automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive infrastructure automation and platform engineering initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments ensuring performance, reliability and governance.
• Establish and enforce standards for task planning and execution discipline.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response capabilities across systems.
• Provide technical leadership in DevOps practices, security, compliance and operational excellence.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, proactively sharing risks, mitigations and delivery status.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong hands‑on experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps and platform operations.
• Experience with operational automation and scripting.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and software‑defined networking.
• Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments across VMware, AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, Agile methodology, ITIL and infrastructure security and compliance.
