EUC Support – Chinese Language (Onsite, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an End‑User Compute (EUC) Support specialist to join our Singapore office. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality deskside assistance to Chinese‑speaking VIP users, ensuring their Windows and Microsoft 365 environments run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site troubleshooting and support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Assist users with Microsoft O365 applications, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Install, configure, and maintain SCCM client agents on end‑points.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including conference room devices, projectors and meeting‑room equipment.
• Document all incidents and requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team on basic networking and Active Directory tasks.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of hands‑on EUC deskside support experience.
• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Experience supporting VIP or concierge users is preferred.
• Positive, customer‑centric attitude and ability to work independently.
