Digital Consultant – Construction Technology

About the role

Novade is seeking a Digital Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in Singapore. You will act as the expert on the Novade platform, helping construction firms improve productivity, quality and safety through digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure the Novade digital platform for client sites.
• Provide consultative support and training to mid‑level and senior‑level clients.
• Gather client requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation.
• Advise clients on best practices to enhance quality, safety and site management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
• Proven ability to engage senior‑level customers and present solutions effectively.
• Strong analytical, interpretation and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Detail‑oriented, driven, independent and curious mindset.
