Senior Projects Manager – Development Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead large‑scale development projects across Southeast Asia from launch through to handover. The role will ensure delivery to the highest standards of quality, schedule, cost, governance and health & safety while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project strategies, delivery plans and governance frameworks for each development.
• Manage consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams, acting as the developer’s representative on day‑to‑day matters.
• Oversee integrated programmes covering design, authority submissions, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, cash‑flows and cost‑control processes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, providing recommended solutions.
• Maintain compliance with corporate governance, company policies, local statutory requirements and health & safety standards.
• Report progress and provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Good degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Sciences.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex commercial, mixed‑use, retail or residential developments from inception to handover.
• Proven track record with a property developer on large‑scale projects.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
