Digital Creative Designer – SaaS & Gamification

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Creative Designer who can transform ideas into engaging, visually addictive digital experiences for our SaaS platform. You will work on gamification, loyalty, rewards and other interactive solutions that delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Design gamified and interactive experiences for loyalty and rewards programs.
• Create UI screens, landing pages, and digital campaign assets.
• Develop characters, illustrations, icons, and game elements.
• Produce social and marketing creatives, GIFs, and animations.
• Generate new visual concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent visual eye with a solid sense of typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, user‑focused designs.
• Passion for creating simple, fun and engaging digital experiences.
• Curiosity to experiment with emerging AI and design technologies.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate remotely.
• Experience in SaaS, digital products, gamification, loyalty or consumer‑facing brands is a plus.
