Digital Marketing Manager – AI & Print Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our AI‑driven digital marketing and print‑solutions services across Singapore. You will work closely with clients to design, execute and optimise campaigns on a range of online platforms and offline media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing business across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other platforms.
• Prepare tailored marketing proposals covering brand promotion, AI video marketing, short‑video content, advertising campaigns and printed materials.
• Handle client development, negotiations, quotation preparation and project follow‑up.
• Coordinate design, filming, video editing, printing, signage and promotional material production to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and advertising data to optimise strategies and improve conversion.
• Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, production factories and installation crews to guarantee project quality.
• Support business expansion into manufacturing, F&B, retail, beauty, education and other sectors.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Media, Business Management, Advertising, Design or related fields (preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, brand planning, business development or project management.
• Familiarity with social‑media platform operations such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Google Business Profile.
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools, short‑video production, graphic design and printing processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
