Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Venture Smarter is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that elevate our brand, products, and services across online channels. You will own the end‑to‑end digital strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Manage and optimise the website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate regular KPI dashboards.
• Identify emerging trends and integrate new technologies into the strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to produce engaging content and support product launches.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (master’s or certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in tech or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and analyse results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Creative, strategic thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
