Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will transform customer insights, performance data, and competitor intelligence into compelling, compliant content that drives paid media and product storytelling. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead a high‑energy digital team and continuously improve processes, policies, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own strategy and implementation plans for campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and the company website.
• Manage the communication and content calendar for all social channels.
• Monitor and report campaign performance against business‑linked KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory digital‑risk KPIs.
• Gather customer insights from social media conversations.
• Track and share competitor digital campaign activities.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team on paid‑media communications.
• Keep the website up‑to‑date with product descriptions, new campaigns, and SEO‑optimized blogs.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including content manager, social media managers, and multimedia officer.
• Review and develop business processes, guidelines, and policies as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of social media, website management and SEO.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven, strategic thinker with excellent project‑management skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of industry best practices.
