Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Nanyang Institute of Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive student recruitment and strengthen the institute’s brand across digital channels. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about education and can translate data‑driven insights into effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost student enrolment and brand visibility.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising and social media campaigns.
• Generate high‑quality leads and collaborate with admissions teams to meet recruitment targets.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, email newsletters, and social platforms.
• Maintain the institute’s website, ensure SEO best practices, and monitor performance metrics.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign results, providing actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with Singapore regulations, including PEI and PDPA guidelines.
• Lead the digital marketing team, coordinate with external agencies, and manage budgets using Asana for task tracking.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Proven track record of generating leads and managing multi‑channel campaigns.

Required skills

• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Social media marketing across major platforms.
• Proficiency with Asana for project management.
• Website content management and basic HTML knowledge.
