Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Mondrian’s digital presence, boost brand visibility, and turn engagement into revenue. The role oversees all digital touchpoints, ensuring they align with the hotel’s brand voice while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage brand storytelling across website, social media, email, and third‑party channels, maintaining consistent tone and visual identity.
• Lead content planning and execution on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, collaborating with creative teams and influencers.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, display ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Oversee website content, user experience and booking journey optimisation, ensuring SEO best practices.
• Identify, manage and evaluate influencer and partnership collaborations to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to align digital efforts with hotel activations, events and seasonal strategies.
